Convention Evaporator
Natural convection type of evaporator used in the refrigerator system.This process happens because of the difference between the density of the warm and chilled liquid.
The evaporator is designed to increase the juice concentration from approximately 15% to 70% . The removal of the remaining water content in sugar occurs in the pan stage. The multiple-effect evaporator requires a supply of saturated steam extracted from an extraction–condensing steam turbine at a specified pressure.
